As an adoptee, I know firsthand the pain, struggle and hopelessness that can result from a dysregulated nervous system caused by mother-infant separation, adoption trauma and early life adversity.
I have been driven to learn about attachment, trauma and the nervous system to understand and create a pathway to my own healing and to support the healing of my clients over the past twenty years. After decades of study and tens of thousands of dollars later, I have created this program for fellow adoptees, adults who have experienced early life adversity and trauma and for those who love and support us (including professionals), so that you don't have to struggle and feel lost for as long as I did.
